Editing journal entries
Journal entries are displayed after Create in the "My journal entries" or "All journal entries" list in the project. For more information, see the following article: Documentation / logging of journal entries.

To edit a desired journal, it can first be opened.

The title, categories, classification and details can be edited here with the company involved. Additional attachments such as documents or links can also be added or removed in the details.

The recording date and time can be adjusted for the date / location.

Photos & videos can be added or removed later directly from the project or from the device.

In addition, the responsible party and the due date can be adjusted in Assignment & Planning. In coordination, the journal can be added to other meetings.

The comments can also be used to select Contact groups or teams so that all assigned persons can be selected via the quick selection to notify a specific group of people.

The options can be used to copy the link to the journal entry, The visibility and display the change history, Observes the element, Personal tasks and the journal can be copied or Deleted can be created.
