Edit task
The following article describes how to work with tasks, how to create comments, generate follow-up tasks and decisions, and how to complete the task.

Complete task
The content of the task (description, assignment, due date, etc.) can be adjusted at any time. The corresponding fields can be clicked and adjustments made.
In the article Create task you will find a description of the fields that can be edited.
Create comments
The comments can be used to obtain information, for discussions or to inform those involved.
The comments are ideally used for communicating interim results or information for the people involved, so that all are always up to date.
To write a new comment, click in the text field in the comments division of the desired task and enter the comment.
Follow-up task or Create decision
Address 2nd person (can also be done by entering @)

Restrict group of recipients
The group of recipients of a comment can be restricted so that only the people who need to be notified are notified.
Only people who are selected in the recipient group will receive a notification. However, the comment is still visible to all those involved in the task. Further information on visibility can be found at: Authorizations & Visibilities
Notify selected persons via comment:
When creating the comment, all participants are selected as recipients. Persons can be removed via the cross symbol or added via the +symbol (persons not involved can also be informed).
Delete comments
Important: A comment can only be deleted afterwards if no person was mentioned in the comment.
Delete comment without addressed persons (works!)
Response to comment
The reply arrow symbol can be used to reply to a comment. Reference is automatically made to the existing comment.
If a new task arises from what has been discussed in a comment, a follow-up task can be created.
To do this, click on the "+" symbol and select Create follow-up task.
The window then opens to enter the task, which makes a note of the previous task.

If a discussion in the comments results in a decision that needs to be documented, a decision can be created from the comment.
To do this, click on the "+" symbol and select Document as decision.
A decision will then open containing a note on the comment.
The decision can now be entered and documented.
Participants in a task can complete their subtask once they have completed their part of the task.
The task then appears as completed in their personal progress and the other participants can see who has completed their subtasks.
Click in the checkbox to complete your part of the task.
The participants will now be marked as having completed the subtask.
To complete the task, click on the yellow checkbox as the person responsible.
When the task is completed by the person responsible, it makes sense to enter a result, which will then be shown in the protocol.
After entering the result, click on Complete task and the task will be marked as "completed".

To complete the task, click on the yellow checkbox as the person responsible.
When the task is completed by the person responsible, it makes sense to enter a result, which will then be shown in the protocol.
After entering the result, click on Complete task and the task will be marked as "completed".
