Using Users & External Contacts
Contact us directly through buildagil
When you select a contact under Contacts, you can contact that person directly.
Send an email:
When you click Send Email, your local email program opens with a pre-filled email that includes the contact's email address as the recipient.
Call (landline)
When you click Call (Call Landline), you can either place a call directly using an installed phone app or send the phone number to your smartphone.
Alternatively, you can use the copy icon to copy the phone number to the clipboard.
Call (Microsoft Teams)
When you click Call (via team), team opens. In team, you can then start the call by clicking Start Call.
Export Business Cards
When you select a contact under Contacts, you can use the business card icon to download the selected contact's business card as a VCF file.
This file can then be imported, for example, into Outlook or into the contacts on your mobile device.
Copying Contact Lists
For teams, contact lists, and companies, you can copy all contacts in the list using Copy All Users & Contacts.
The contacts can then be added to tasks, meetings, inspections, etc.
If the contacts are copied to a location outside of buildagil (e.g., Outlook), all of the contacts' email addresses will be included.
