The following article describes how a protocol can be reviewed and then approved or rejected.

Protocol approval


To approve a protocol, you can click on View & approve details in the meeting.



The protocol is opened. The protocol can now be checked and, if necessary, additional comments added in the Interactive protocol.

Comments on the protocol can be written directly into the respective task during the review
Approve or reject the protocol
Show shipping details of the meeting
Display attachments sent to external participants
Export the pending list as a Word or PDF file

Comments on the protocol are not printed in the protocol. If a comment is to be visible in the protocol, it can be added as an additional comment to the protocol during rework.

Additional information from the meeting organizer


As soon as the approval process has been completed and the protocol has been rejected by one or more participants, the protocol switches to "Review" status. Here, the organizer can respond to feedback from the participants.



After the examination period has expired, the organizer can make additional changes to the protocol under Rework (e.g. To the participants' comments). These additional information will be printed when the protocol is generated again.



Renewed protocol approval
After additional comments on the minutes have been made, the minutes can be resent for approval if necessary.

The approval process for the meeting minutes can be skipped / ended at any time via "Give approval directly" in rework.
