Attendance Tracking

Before the meeting begins, you can first check the list of participants and make any necessary adjustments. This ensures that all participants are listed correctly in the protocol. Participants who are not present can be moved to the "Excused" division using drag-and-drop.

Minutes

During the meeting, the agenda is opened so that participants can address each item Tasks & Topics directly and record the topics discussed in the minutes using comments. To do this, the interactive protocol can be edited directly.



During the execution, the draft comments created during preparation can be further edited, or new draft comments can be entered to ensure efficient record-keeping. The topics discussed are documented directly under the corresponding tasks and topics. For more detailed editing, the tasks and topics can be opened directly from the agenda. You can use "#" to tag people in a comment, for example, to document a specific issue. You can also use "@" to send notifications to people. For more information, see the following article: Editing Tasks.

Editing Session Progress

If the meeting progress feature was enabled in the Preparation or during the execution, tasks and topics discussed can be marked as completed. This way, all participants can see which agenda items are still open. The overview also shows how many pending items remain.



If the timer is enabled, the screen will display the duration of the meeting.

Adding Agenda Items to the Agenda During the Meeting

New tasks and topics can also be created or Transfer during the meeting. This is helpful when new topics come up or additional tasks arise during the meeting. This allows you to respond flexibly to the course of the meeting and record everything directly in the protocol.
