Full backup of a project


An entire project with all its content can be exported and backed up as a ZIP archive using buildagil's project export. The advantage of this backup method lies in the completeness of the data, as all other content is exported in addition to documents, as well as the ability to use the data more easily via integrated links.

Printing contacts
All contacts and users can be exported as a Word or PDF list. This contains all relevant information, including names, roles, companies and other details.

Documents & plans


Automated document backup
It is possible to set up regular and automated document backups via the buildagil interfaces. The method by which the documents are transferred is basically open.

The following section describes a possible solution for automated document backup:
With the program Goodsync, you can directly access the document storage of buildagil and set up a regular and automatic backup. Goodsync is a synchronization program that supports the exchange of data between buildagil and various other filing systems. It is also possible to automate the backup of data via the data backup and synchronization settings of Goodsync. For example, a regular, incremental data backup can be set up.

Documents or folders can be specifically backed up by downloading them.

Excel list of documents
It is possible to download an Excel list of all documents and folders. This contains the meta information of the documents, such as categories or status, but not the documents themselves. The list can be used as an additional tool for downloading documents.
