Navigation and Management of Open Windows

If multiple windows—such as a task, a model, and a plan—are opened one after another, window navigation is automatically enabled. This allows you to switch efficiently between multiple open elements within a project, both on the desktop and in the mobile version.

Window navigation always refers to the currently open project. To work across projects, you can enable tabs in the desktop app. For more information, see the following article: Tabs Desktop app. Open windows can be closed or minimized directly using the window navigation. Windows can also be minimized by clicking outside the window.

The window navigation bar itself can also be minimized and moved freely by clicking and holding.

Clicking on the window navigation opens the windows in a compact view. The preview remains minimized—even on mobile devices—and takes up less space while offering the same functionality.
