PDF Editing with Bluebeam
Edit in Bluebeam
PDF documents from buildagil can be edited directly in Bluebeam without having to be downloaded. To prevent other users from saving changes to the same document while it is being edited, the document is checked out before editing and then checked back in afterward.

In Bluebeam, the document is released for editing by clicking the lock icon and selecting "Check Out." As long as the document is checked out, others cannot edit it.

When you close the document, a message prompting you to check it in appears. Only after you click "Check In" will the changes be saved in buildagil and the document be released for use by others again.

Users who open a document that has already been checked out will see the following message in Bluebeam.

Bluebeam, Bluebeam Revu, edit PDF, PDF editor, check out, check in, lock icon, checked-out document, locked document, simultaneous editing, save changes to buildagil, document checked out, open PDF in a local program
Troubleshooting Issues When Opening PDF Documents
When opening PDF documents in Bluebeam, the "Sign in to SharePoint" dialog box may appear, but the document may not open after you sign in.

Possible solution:
Open the settings in Bluebeam using "CTRL + K," and then, under the "User Interface" option, completely remove all connections to buildagil.

You can also check whether the authentication mode in the Bluebeam settings under "SharePoint Options" can be changed to "Authentication at Web Login."
