Customize visibility

Visibilities can be used to control the access of users and teams to Journal entries.

There are several ways in which a user can gain visibility of this element:

  • A user is added via the assignment to those responsible for or involved in an element, making it visible to them and their Team
  • A user is mentioned in a Comment, making the item visible to them and their team
  • The user's team is authorized via the visibility settings when the element is created

Photos and videos that are saved via a journal entry in the media library are visible to all teams.

Whenever the visibility of a journal entry is expanded, a message appears indicating for which teams the journal will be visible. The shield icon can be used to check for which teams the element is visible.
