To plot PDF documents, first select one or more files and then call up the plot function via "Options".

You can then use "Contact" to select one or more recipients and enter the delivery address.

Next, options such as the number of copies, processing mode, zoom factor, print quality and medium can be specified. Additional documents can also be added to the job. It is also possible to add a QR code to the documents for version checking. You can find detailed information on QR codes in the following article: Version check with QR code for PDF documents.

Finally, the delivery options and the billing address can be adjusted and an optional comment for the plot center can be entered.

If different numbers of plotted documents are to be sent to several recipients, you can proceed as follows:

  • A separate plot order is created for each recipient with the desired number of versions
  • Alternatively, the desired number per recipient can be entered in the "Remarks" field for the plot service
