The following article describes how to upload images to buildagil and use the media library.

The information that can be saved for an image and thus displayed in buildagil depends, among other things, on the recording device and how the images are uploaded.

If images taken with the mobile device are uploaded via the PC, information may be lost. It is therefore recommended to upload the images directly with the recording device if possible.

Upload images to the media library

Images can be uploaded from the local device via the Upload button in the media library.



The images in the media library can be sorted by date taken, classification or modification date.



If the location data was saved when the picture was taken, the location where the pictures were taken is displayed on the map.

Upload images via a journal entry

Images that are uploaded via a journal entry automatically end up in the media library.

In order for the location and weather data to be saved for the image, the location function must be switched on and the time of recording must be saved.

If the image was uploaded to the media library via a journal entry, the corresponding journal entry can be opened via Open journal entry.

Upload images to a folder

Images can also be uploaded to folders via the Upload button from the local device.

Upload images as attachments in tasks & topics and comments

Images can be inserted from the local device as attachments for tasks & topics as well as in comments.
