Measure distances and areas
The measure functions can be used to measure distances and areas according to the plan scale.
Filter function for notes and comments
With the filter function, annotations and elements of a PDF document can be searched, sorted and filtered.
How to use the measurement function and the filters for annotations in the PDF is described in the following article: Edit PDF documents online
The extended date filter can be used to select the desired day in the calendar or to set a dynamic restriction (e.g. Last 7 days). If a restriction is selected, the date of the filter is automatically adjusted. For example, the last 7 days are always displayed, regardless of which day you open the filter view. In combination with the favorites, helpful views can be compiled in this way.
The role Display tasks in project can be used to switch directly from the personal home page to the personal tasks in the corresponding project.
This role is also available for meetings.
By clicking on the desired project, you can navigate directly from the favorites view to the project.
To create filter views of all documents, you can switch to Without structure. This hides the folders and displays all documents in the project.
For example, you can create a filter view that shows all documents that have been changed in the last 7 days. If the filter view is then saved as a favorite, it is always available in quick access.
