Extension of the model/ IFC viewer

The following extensions are available in the new version of the model viewer:
Saving views
Creating model sections and model tasks
Measure and measure
Floor plan navigation
Extension of the cutting function
Strong increase in the performance of the viewer

Plan and model sections for easy localization

With the new roles for plan and model sections, sections can now be created from the PDF plans or models. These sections can be edited and are linked to the original file from which the section originates. These sections can then be displayed in journal entries, tasks or comments.

The advantages of the new roles are:
The link to plans and models so that the plan from which the section originates can be opened with a single click. This significantly speeds up and simplifies localization, especially in the division of journal entries such as defects. In the case of model sections, exactly the section that is visible in the preview is opened (including cuts, dimensions, etc.)
Editing the section with drawings and texts to illustrate problems.

Meetings with scheduling

A new feature is that meeting progress and scheduling can be activated during a meeting.

Meeting preparation:
If the meeting progress is activated, the number of agenda items being discussed in the meeting is displayed.
If scheduling is also activated, you can assign an estimated time to each agenda item. These times are then used to calculate the planned duration of the meeting.

Conduct of the meeting:
During the meeting, agenda items can be marked as completed. This then adjusts the number of open agenda items and the total meeting time.

Transfer tasks from last meeting and entire series of meetings more easily

The Tasks / Transfer topics division has been updated. A new feature allows you to filter all pending items from the last meeting or the entire series of meetings.
This makes it quick and easy to transfer all pending items from the last meeting / entire series of meetings to the new meeting.

Enhancements in the rework of journal entries

There are some enhancements in the rework division of the journal entries.
You can now change the name of the entry in rework, adjust classifications, edit images, assign people and add attachments.
