With project export, all relevant data of a project, from documents and contacts to tasks and meeting minutes, can be exported in a compact and structured ZIP archive. This makes it possible to archive a project in its entirety.
The export also supports certain interactive protocols. For example, links lead directly to the correct element within the project export. The complete version history is also available.

The approval process for inspections and controls in buildagil enables a structured and efficient approval of acceptance protocols. This process is not only available for users, but also for external contacts without access to buildagil. This allows acceptance reports to be comprehensively checked, approved and signed.
All participants in the inspection will receive an email with a link for approval. The participants have the option of making a comment and either approving or rejecting the protocol.
The feedback from individual participants can be tracked and incorporated into the protocol if necessary.
If the process is executed with the signature function, a digital signature is printed on the document by each person who approves the document.
Once the approval process has been completed, the approved protocol including all signatures can be sent to all participants and the additional distribution list.

When creating controls and inspections, an appointment can be generated and sent to all participants by e-mail, similar to meetings.
As an alternative to sending via Outlook, the appointment can be sent directly via Outlook online.

The role Display visibility by person can be used to check in details which people have access to a folder.

For teams, contact lists and companies, Copy all users & contacts can be used to copy all contacts contained in the list.
The copied contacts can be pasted into tasks, meetings, inspections, etc.
If the contacts are copied to a location outside of buildagil, such as Outlook, all email addresses of the copied contacts are pasted.

The same role for copying contacts is available in inspections and controls. Right-click in the participant area to display the Copy list option. The copied list can then be pasted to another location in buildagil or outside of buildagil, for example in Outlook.
Selection without transparent objects:
The display option for selecting without transparent objects allows you to select objects behind transparent objects or within transparent objects.
With transparent formwork, for example, the reinforcement can be selected within the formwork object.
Rotate models around Z-axis:
To work even more precisely when navigating in the model, CRTL + mouse button can be pressed to rotate the model on the Z-axis.

Model compilations are a central element of collaboration with models/BIM in buildagil. To use the model compilations more efficiently, the compilation can be copied to the clipboard via Copy compilation and then pasted into tasks, topics, meetings, etc. The compilation is then only stored in the corresponding element.
