Extension of gesture control in the mobile app
Additional gestures have been added to the controls in the buildagil mobile app, resulting in faster operation of the app. Below are some examples of gestures:
You can switch between the menu items by swiping to the right or left.
With a swipe to the right or left, you can also switch between information and comments in tasks, journal entries and topics.
If an element is open, the element can be closed or minimized by swiping downwards. The element is minimized and ends up in the quick selection when swiping down to the left. Swiping down to the right closes the element. If the element is being edited and is closed, a message appears asking whether the changes should be saved.
In the folder structure and in lists, you can switch to the previous view by swiping to the right.
Access to meeting minutes for team members
New: all members of a team, including newly added members, can now access the meeting minutes if someone from the team was involved in the meeting. This makes it easier for new members, for example, to look up what was discussed in past meetings.
Extension of the symbols in the documents
In the folder structure, you can now see at a glance which folders contain files or no files (across all levels). The difference can be recognized by the folder symbol.
Folder with contents:
Folder without content:
Files unreadable by buildagil are also marked with a new exclamation mark. Files are displayed as unreadable if they have no content or the file is damaged. In this case, the file can be replaced.
Direct navigation in the project list
With the new Navigate directly option, you can access the desired project with a single click. By activating this option, the selection by contacts, documents etc. Is no longer displayed when you want to open a project. This setting can be activated or deactivated under Projects in the Settings by clicking on Navigate directly.
New filter options for tasks, topics and journal entries
New filter options have been added to the task and journal view to make searching and filtering easier. The new filter options include, in particular, the completion date of a task or journal entry, the use of the item in a meeting/protocol and the creation date of an item.
Optimized display of the category selection
The categories are now displayed next to each other if the screen width allows it. This improves the overview and simplifies the selection of the individual categories.
