buildagil automatically sends messages and notifications in the following cases. These help you to be informed about the relevant processes in a project and to be able to react to them.

Contacts & users

  • When a new user is invited, the invited user is informed
  • For approval of a user invitation by a project administrator, the selected project administrator is informed
  • When a user is deactivated, the user concerned is informed

Meetings

  • The organizer is reminded four days before a meeting (unless this has been deactivated in the settings)
  • The selected recipients are informed when they are asked to prepare a meeting
  • The selected recipients are informed when a request is made to check the minutes of a meeting
  • Once the minutes of a meeting have been checked, the organizer is informed of the result

Tasks & Topics / Journal

  • When assigning or changing the assignment of a task or journal entry, the person responsible and the collaborators are informed (unless the item is in draft form)
  • When a decision or information is assigned or changed, the recipients are informed (if the person responsible changes, no one is informed)
  • No one is informed when a topic is assigned or the assignment is changed
  • When commenting on an element, the selected recipients are informed
  • Two days before a task or journal entry is due, the person responsible is reminded (unless this has been deactivated in the settings and the due date is at least five days later than the creation date)
  • No one is informed after completing part of a task or journal entry
  • Once a task or journal entry has been completed, the person responsible and all [(d67f3eb6-0e4c-43a0-a95d-959595e37ff56a)] are informed

Controls & inspections

  • The participants are informed when a request is made for a protocol review of a control / inspection
  • After completion of the protocol check of a control / inspection, the organizer is informed of the result
