The following article describes the variants to which documents can be linked.

Attention, linked documents always refer to the original. Changes in the linked document also overwrite the original.


There are two ways to copy a document link from the document library.
Select the desired objects and click on Copy link in the menu at the top.



Right-click on the object to be copied and select Copy link.



The copied link can then be pasted using the key combination Crtl + V or right-click Paste.

Linking documents from tasks


Link documents from the task in the comment or description.
Click on the folder symbol in the description or in the comment field to access the document storage.



Select the document to be linked and click on Apply selection.



The document is now linked in the description:

To copy a document link directly from OneDrive, right-click on the document and select Copy link.



Now click on Copy.



The link has now been copied to the clipboard and can be pasted by right-clicking Paste or Crtl + V.
