Export meetings
The export function can be used to create a complete list of all meetings in a project and process them in Excel. This allows individual evaluations to be carried out based on the current data. The session list is continuously synchronized, which prevents different or outdated versions from being in circulation. The option to export is available for the meetings in the project. All meetings are always exported. The list can then be filtered and analyzed in Excel.
A ".iqy" file is downloaded during the export. This establishes a direct connection to the meetings in buildagil.
When the file is opened, it is automatically loaded into Excel. All meetings with the live status are displayed here. Changes in buildagil are updated directly in the Excel file.

Troubleshooting
It may happen that the error message "An unexpected error has occurred. Changes to your data cannot be saved." appears when opening the ".iqy" file, which causes the export of the session list to fail:
If this error occurs, you should check which Microsoft account was used to log in to Excel. Error-free synchronization can only take place if the Microsoft account of the user in buildagil matches that of the Excel application. Synchronization is prevented if the accounts are different.
