Create & edit OneNote notebooks
The following article describes how to create, store and edit OneNote notebooks.

To create a new OneNote notebook, click on + New / OneNote notebook under Documents.
Then give the notebook a name and click on Create.
OneNote notebooks can be edited both online and in the OneNote desktop app.
Edit online:
When a OneNote notebook is opened in buildagil, it can be edited in online editing.
New sections, pages and notes can be added as required.
Edit in OneNote desktop app:
To open the notebook in the OneNote desktop app, click on Edit / Open in desktop app in the online view of the desired notebook.
Buildagil automatically synchronizes all changes and keeps the notebook up to date. As soon as the connection to the OneNote desktop app is established, the notebook is automatically displayed in the app and can be accessed at any time.
New sections, pages and notes can now be added as required.
To save an existing locally saved notebook on buildagil, you can follow the steps below:
The project in which the OneNote notebook is to be saved must be synchronized with OneDrive. The following article describes how to synchronize a project with OneDrive: Synchronization OneDrive
Open the desired notebook in the OneNote desktop app.
Then right-click on the notebook and then click on Share this notebook.
Alternatively, click on File / Share.
Then click on Browse / Browse.
Then navigate to the desired storage location in the synchronized project, enter a notebook name and click Move.
The local notebook is retained after moving.
The notebook is now saved on buildagil and can be edited as described in the following section: Edit notebook
