Acceptance templates
The following article describes how templates can be created and used for controls and inspections.

When a new inspection is created, a template can be selected via the Use template icon.
When a template is selected, all information and the prepared inspection procedure filled in the template are transferred to the new inspection.
The fields "Date / Time" and "Excused" must be entered by yourself.
Fields that have been filled in from the template can be edited.
To create a new template or select an existing template, you can first create a new inspection using + New.
How inspections are created is described in more detail in the following article: Create controls & inspections
To then display the templates, click on the Use template icon.
In the following window, a template can be selected or a new template can be created using the + symbol.
An existing template can be edited, pinned, copied or deleted via the ... symbol.
The following information can then be filled in the template. The completed fields are transferred to the new inspection when the template is selected.
Not all fields have to be filled in, empty fields are not accepted.
The template can be saved via Save.
1st template title: Title of the template that is displayed during selection (is not included in the inspection)
Template description: Description of the template that is displayed during selection (is not included in the inspection)
Visibility of the template: project (visible to all users in the project)
Visibility of the template: teams (visible for selected teams and contact groups)
Visibility of the template: personal (only visible to yourself)

In addition to the project templates, it is possible to create cross-project templates for inspections.
These templates are available to all of a company's collaborators across all projects.
Cross-project templates are only available for companies with a team package.
The template approvals for companies can be called up and edited via the Use template button.
Using and editing the company templates works in the same way as with the project templates.
The following section describes how to create and edit templates for inspections:
Create templates for inspections
For company templates, you can choose between Company and Personal. If Company is selected, the template appears for all of the company's collaborators. If Personal is selected, the template is only available for the person creating it.
The templates can be edited by all persons in the company.
In the cross-project templates, only the fields that are identical in each project are available. For example, no categories can be set as these are different in each project.
