The following article describes how controls and inspections can be prepared and executed.

Prepare control / acceptance protocol

The protocol can be supplemented with any entries / elements via + element.
The following fields can be used to structure and prepare the inspection:


  1. Heading
  2. Title (subordinate to the headings)
  3. Description (incl. Attachments and documents)
  4. Text field
  5. Selection simple
  6. Multiple selection
  7. Date
  8. Date and time
  9. Persons
  10. Pictures and videos
  11. Tasks and journal entries



The elements can be used to efficiently prepare and execute controls and inspections. The individual control points are defined in the elements and can then be run through and processed during the building inspection.
The following is an example of how the elements can be used for a building inspection:



It is possible to hide elements or entire sections if they are not needed in the current control.
By hiding the elements, they are displayed in gray and compact form, and hidden elements do not appear in the printed protocol.


Show / hide element:
To hide individual elements, click on Show / Hide.



Hide section:
To hide an entire section, click on Hide / Show for headings and titles and then on Hide section.
In the case of a heading, everything is hidden until the next heading.
In the case of a title, everything is hidden until the next title or heading.



Execute control / inspection

During execution, the gray fields can now be supplemented with information.
As in the following example, selections can be made, images uploaded, journal entries and tasks created, dates and times selected and texts written.
