The following article describes how to edit PDF documents with Adobe Acrobat.

Editing with Adobe Acrobat


Click the Edit in PDF app button to open the desired document in Adobe Acrobat.





The following message is then displayed in Adobe Acrobat:
Click on Open to enable editing of the document.



The document can now be edited as required.
Once the document has been edited, it can be saved or closed.
The following message appears when saving:
Click on Check out and save.



When closing the document, the following message appears:
Click on Yes.



Then click on OK in the next window to synchronize the document with buildagil.



Users who want to open a document that is being edited by someone else receive the following message.



Message for borrowed / checked out PDF documents


Users who want to edit the borrowed / checked-out document receive the following message in buildagil and cannot save the document.



In Onedrive, a lock symbol appears for borrowed documents.
