Creating Views Without Hidden and Deactivated Users & Contacts
To provide a clearer overview for project administrators, you can create a custom view that excludes inactive and hidden users and contacts. This results in a focused view limited to the people who are currently relevant. This view can be saved as a favorite and accessed quickly from the quick access menu. The following article describes how to create a favorites view: View Favorites by Filter.

In this case, users and project coordinators do not need to create a filtered view, since hidden and inactive users and contacts are not displayed in the contact list. For more information on visibility settings, see the following article: Visibility & Permissions for Contacts & Users.
