By integrating QR codes into PDF documents, the up-to-dateness of plans and documents can be checked at any time. When the QR code is scanned, it is displayed whether the latest version is available. If a new version is available, it can be opened directly if the user has the appropriate authorization.
Download & print PDF documents with QR code
PDF documents and plans can be downloaded or printed with a QR code. By scanning the QR code, the up-to-dateness of the document can be checked. The position of the QR code can be defined by default or individually. The configurations can be defined in the Project settings by a project admin. To download several PDF documents with a QR code at the same time, the desired documents can be selected and then downloaded via the options.

Sending PDF with QR code to external contacts
PDF documents with a QR code can be sent to external contacts to enable a version check outside of the project. Several PDF documents can also be selected and sent externally via "Options".
The position of the QR code can be adjusted using the "Edit advanced" role and checked in the preview.

Plotting PDF with QR code
When plotting PDF documents with a QR code, it can be ensured that physical plans can also be checked to ensure they are up to date.
The QR code position is defined per document and can be checked via the preview.

Scanning the QR code with a mobile device
By scanning a QR code with a smartphone or tablet, the up-to-dateness of a plan can be checked directly on location.
Display for people without a mobile app
After importing, a website is opened on which the version information is displayed. People with access to the project can open the current version directly. This is not possible without access.

If the buildagil app is installed on the device when the document is read in, it is automatically opened and the corresponding message is displayed. The current version of the document can be opened directly via the message.
