The following article describes what users and external contacts are, how they are structured and where the organizational chart can be found.
Under the menu item Contacts you will find all users and external contacts involved in the project with the corresponding information.

Once created, a user receives an invitation by e-mail and then has access to the project on buildagil according to the assigned teams and, if applicable, the assigned role:
Project administrator (Marked with a "gear" symbol in the contact list)
Project coordinator *

External contacts do not have access to the buildagil project platform.
Contacts are only used for communication in projects, e.g. In the minutes distribution list of a meeting, and cannot collaborate interactively in the project.
The person is not informed that they have been created as a contact in the project. External contacts are marked with "External ":

Project administrators are marked with a "cogwheel" icon in the contact list. Project administrators have access to all content of this project (regardless of assigned visibility) and can change all content and make Project settings as the only person. In addition, the project administrator controls access to buildagil (Invite users and Deactivate user).

Project coordinators have the option of creating additional users in addition to normal users. However, this requires approval by a project administrator. They can also change the visibility of folders that they have created themselves. They are also authorized to adjust the task status and scheduling.

Users and external contacts are assigned to one or more teams. The team assignment can be used to select several people at the same time (e.g. In tasks or information). In addition, the visibility and editing of elements (folders, tasks, topics, protocols, etc.) is controlled via the team assignment. The teams can be defined in the Project settings.
