Editing and planning tasks

Adjust due dates
The due dates can be entered manually by opening the task (by clicking on it) or dragged and dropped to the desired appointment.
With drag & drop in the weekly view, the due date is always set to the Friday of the selected week.

Create tasks
When driving over a week, a + symbol appears, which can be used to create a task. The same is possible via the + new symbol.
How to create a task is described in more detail in the following article: Create task

Milestones

Create milestones
Milestones are automatically transferred to task planning if a Scheduling with MS Project exists.
Milestones can also be created manually by clicking on the + symbol in the corresponding week or on the +New symbol in the overview. Select milestone next.

  1. Enter title
  2. Select categories
  3. Select due date
  4. Switch between notes and options
  5. Select superordinate milestones (this subordinates this milestone, i.e. The subordinate milestone must be achieved to fulfill the superordinate milestone)
  6. Use the new milestone as a superordinate milestone

Use of milestones
If a Task created or Edited becomes, it can be scheduled to one of the existing milestones.
When the milestone is selected, the following options are available:

  1. Open the milestone (all information about the milestone is displayed here, including an overview of the tasks to be completed that have been scheduled for this milestone. Click on the task view to open an overview of these tasks).

  1. Filter open tasks for this milestone in the task overview.
  2. Create a new task that is planned for this milestone.
  3. Display all tasks that are scheduled for this milestone.
