Gesture control

Navigation and control by swiping
You can switch between the menu items by swiping to the right or left.

With a swipe to the right or left, you can also switch between information and comments in tasks, journal entries and topics.

If an element is open, the element can be closed or minimized by swiping downwards. The element is minimized and ends up in the quick selection when swiping down to the left. Swiping down to the right closes the element. If the element is being edited and is closed, a message appears asking whether the changes should be saved.

In the folder structure and in lists, you can switch to the previous view by swiping to the right.

Activate advanced options by pressing and holding
To display additional options for an element in the mobile app, you can press and hold on an element in addition to the three dots (...).

Automatic scrolling to the top of the list
If a navigation button that has already been selected is clicked again, the view automatically scrolls back to the beginning of the list.

Quick access to the search function
Double-click on a navigation button to directly open the search in the selected division.
