The messages can be further narrowed down using the filter and the search. The filters differentiate between unread, open, edited, sent and all messages. This improves clarity and makes it easier to search for specific information.
Unread: Only unread messages are displayed
Open: Unread and open messages are displayed
Edited: Edited or archived messages are displayed
Sent: All outgoing messages are displayed
All: All messages are displayed, regardless of their status (open, edited or sent)

Messages can be searched using the search function. Several keywords can be entered in the search bar, whereby the order of the words does not play a role. Information such as subject, content, sender, recipient and other details are searched. If the filter "All" is set, the search is applied to both incoming and outgoing messages.
