Managing Multiple Accounts

If a user works with buildagil for multiple organizations, they may access buildagil using multiple Microsoft accounts. When using different accounts, there are a few things to keep in mind to make working with buildagil easier.

Use of Browser Profiles
It is not possible to be logged in to multiple buildagil accounts at the same time in a single browser tab. Therefore, we recommend creating a separate browser profile for each buildagil account. This allows you to access different organizations at the same time without having to constantly log in and out.

Note on the Company's SharePoint
If you use your company's SharePoint in addition to a buildagil account, you must also use multiple browser profiles; otherwise, login issues may occur.
