Dealing with multiple accounts
If a user works with buildagil for several organizations, it is possible that buildagil is accessed with several Microsoft accounts. If different accounts are used, there are a few points to consider to make collaboration with buildagil easier.
Use of browser profiles
Simultaneous login with multiple buildagil accounts in a single browser tab is not possible. It is therefore recommended to create a separate browser profile for each buildagil account. This allows simultaneous access to different organizations without having to constantly log in and out.
Note on the company's own SharePoint
If a company's own SharePoint is used in addition to a buildagil account, it is also necessary to use multiple browser profiles, as otherwise there may be inconsistencies when logging in.
