The following article describes how a user can be removed from a desired project.

Deactivate user



Users can only be deactivated by a project administrator. Further information on authorizations and visibility: Authorizations & Visibilities

Users who are no longer active in the project can be deactivated. The user receives a message by e-mail that their access has been deactivated.
To deactivate a user, first open their contact and then click on Edit.



In the edit, Disable access for users must then be selected.



You should then enter a reason for deactivation and click on Disable access.



The user is now displayed as inactive and is only visible to project administrators.



The deactivated user receives an email that they have been deactivated.



Reactivate user



Users can only be reactivated by a project administrator. Further information on authorizations and visibility: Authorizations & Visibilities

To reactivate a user, select the inactive user and click on Edit.



In the edit, Reactivate access must then be selected.



The user is reactivated by confirming with Enable access. The user is not informed that they have access to the project again.
