If there is no Microsoft account or no account can be created when accepting the invitation, this is often due to the e-mail address used. Company addresses cannot be used for personal Microsoft accounts if this domain is already assigned to a company (tenant). In this case, no personal account can be created with this address. The invitation cannot be accepted because Microsoft recognizes this domain as business and blocks the account creation.
Possible solutions:
The organization uses Microsoft 365
In this case, a Microsoft account must be set up by the responsible IT department. As soon as access has been released, you can log in with your company address.
No Microsoft account available
A new personal Microsoft account can be created with a free address - e.g. Via outlook.com. This can be used to accept the invitation and access buildagil.
Further information on creating an account:
In some cases, registration is blocked by Microsoft. This may be due to network conditions or security settings, for example. In such cases, the following measures can help:
Creation via another network (e.g. Mobile internet or hotspot)
Try creating an account again at a later date

If a general error message appears when opening the invitation email, the invitation could not be processed correctly.

This can have the following possible causes:
The email address used is already assigned to another Microsoft or Azure tenant. When opening, the user is automatically redirected to their own tenant
There is no Microsoft account for the e-mail address
Another Microsoft account is already logged in to the browser, which means that the invitation is not assigned correctly
There are policies or security settings in the organization's Microsoft or Azure tenant that block the invitation
Possible solutions:
Open invitation in an incognito/private browser window
Create a Microsoft account if no account exists for the invited e-mail address. Tip: First check whether an account already exists for the e-mail by logging in via office.com
Use a different e-mail address for the invitation
