Messages & notifications
The following article describes how to view and manage the messages / notifications in buildagil. It also describes how notifications can be activated and deactivated.

The message center can be opened at any time via the Menu navigation. To do this, click on the bell symbol.
The number next to the symbol shows the number of unread messages.

List of messages
The messages contain all notifications that have been received. This includes notifications about new tasks assigned, comments on tasks and topics, notifications about the due date of tasks, invitations to meetings, requests to check minutes and other relevant information.

In the message center, the messages can be displayed in different views and filtered using search terms.
Views:
Unread: Display of unread messages
Open: Display of unread and open messages
3 Edited: Display of edited / archived messages
Sent: Display of all outgoing messages (outbox)
All: Display of all messages (open, edited and sent)
Search / filter messages:
The messages can be searched and filtered using the search function.
Several keywords can be entered in the search, which are searched regardless of the written order in the search bar.
Information such as the subject, content, sender, recipient and more is searched.
In the All view, for example, all incoming and outgoing messages can be searched.
The messages can be viewed and edited. The following options are available.
1 Open message: Click on the message itself to open the corresponding element, e.g. A task.
2 Mark message as read: The message icon can be used to mark a message as read and unread again. When the message is opened, the status automatically changes to read.
3 More message options
4 Mark message as edited: A message can be marked as edited using the tick symbol. It then disappears from the view for open messages.
The settings for notifications can be set either via the Personal settings or directly in the Notification Center.
The following settings are available:
Activate / deactivate Email notifications. If this option is deactivated, e-mails will no longer be sent. The messages will then only be displayed in the buildagil message center.

Activate / deactivate reminders of task due dates
Activate / deactivate Reminders for session preparation
Display messages over 120 instead of 60 days
Mark all messages as read
Mark all messages as edited
By clicking on the bell icon in a task, the automatic notification of the due date can be deactivated.
