When you register for the first time, you must first accept the invitation to buildagil. You will find a description in the following article: Accept invitation

Open the website Https://app.buildagil.com in the browser or click on a link to a project in buildagil and then enter the e-mail address and password.



After successful login you will be redirected to Project start page.

Troubleshooting during login



If the following troubleshooting does not lead to success, you are welcome to contact support.

Username not available


If one of the following messages appears when you accept the invitation, it is most likely because you do not have a Microsoft account and cannot create an account yourself. Please contact your IT support so that they can create an appropriate account in your tenant, or contact our support team.







Username not correct

Account creation has been blocked


For some users, account creation may be blocked by Microsoft.
The following solutions can help:
Try creating an account via another network (e.g. Via cell phone or hotspot)
Try creating an account again at a later time (e.g. The next day)



unusual activities recognized

User not found


If the error message "Email address not found" or "User not found" appears, this can have various causes.



The following sections describe ways to rectify this discrepancy:
Invitation from buildagil was not accepted
Wrong Microsoft account used
No access to the project

Invitation from buildagil was not accepted
The platform cannot be accessed if the invitation from buildagil has not yet been accepted. The invitation is accepted by clicking on the link in the invitation email from buildagil.

Wrong Microsoft account used
If the wrong login is used for buildagil, projects cannot be accessed.
Please note that the email address with which you receive the notifications from buildagil is used for the login.
The login with the correct account can be executed as follows:

First click on the link in the message to log in with another account.



A message then appears stating that the browser window can be closed. You can now call up buildagil again to use a different account. You can then log in as usual.



If this does not help, you can also try to delete the cache in the Internet browser. You can find more information in the following article: Empty browser cache

No access to the project
If a link is forwarded by buildagil, it may reach a person who is not registered as a user of the project. So if you click on a link that does not come directly from buildagil and the error message appears, you most likely do not have access to the project. Contact the sender of the link regarding access to the data.

User not found, e-mail address does not exist, wrong Microsoft account, access error, project invitation does not work
