Menu navigation


The menu navigation is always available in buildagil (even in the project view).
The following roles are available in the menu navigation:
1st profile picture (article for: Personal settings)
Switch to the home page
Reporting center (Overview of all current messages)
Search (cross-project / internal project / favorites)
Projects and favorites
New (tasks, journal entries, create meetings)
Support (open help / live support)



Projects and favorites



Projects: Overview of all projects in which you are involved. Favorite projects in order and dive into the individual projects.
Favorites: Direct access to the favorites you have defined.



My tasks


Display of tasks across all projects in which you are responsible or involved.
The personal task board can also be opened.





My meetings


Overview of appointments in the form of meetings that are about to take place or have already taken place.



Personal progress


Overview of your personal progress in task processing.



The colors have the following meaning:
- undefined overdue or unplanned tasks for which you are responsible.
- undefined overdue or unscheduled tasks in which you are involved.
- undefined recently completed tasks
- undefined open tasks which have their due date in the future and for which you are responsible.
- undefined open tasks which have their due date in the future and involve you.

If you click on personal progress, the personal task planning opens.

News articles from projects


This division shows all news posts for projects in which you are involved. Posts can only be created by project administrators or project coordinators.
To create a new post, click on Create post and select the corresponding project.



An editing window will now open in which you can enter the title, cover image, a description and links to folders, documents, etc.



In addition, the cover image can be edited in the editor. You can find more information on the editing tools for image editing in the following article: Editing tools



The post can be saved with the Publish button and will then be displayed on the home page.



Customize home


The home page can be customized according to your own preferences. To edit the home page, click on Customize home page.



The + symbol can be used to display additional content such as the project status, webcams or external content on the home page.
The tiles can be moved and rearranged using drag & drop.
