Documentation / logging of journal entries
The following article describes how journal entries can be filtered and then saved and printed as a PDF or Word protocol.
Select Journal in the bar
Select all entries
Open filter function
Check the box to apply the following filters:
(Several check marks can be set in the same category).
status
Classification
category
Time of recording
Company involved
Responsible person
Author of the entry
First check that the filters have been applied correctly and that all the entries you want in the documentation are displayed.
(All filtered entries are included in the documentation).
Create a PDF or Word document of the entries
Save filter as a favorite (define filter for entire project or only for the user and enter name)
