Navigation in the buildagil apps

The apps can be installed for Outlook, Archicad and Revit. The personal home serves as a central entry point. It shows an overview of current tasks and supports daily planning. You can find more information in the following article: Personal home.

The project overview shows all available projects. Favorites can be set to access frequently used project content more quickly. Content such as contacts, documents, planning, tasks & topics, meetings, journal entries, controls & inspections, etc. Can be accessed via the projects. The personal task list shows all tasks that have been assigned to a user. You can find more information in the following article: Tasks.

New Tasks & topics, journal entries, Controls & inspections and Meetings can be created directly from the navigation.

In the appointment overview, all cross-project meetings in which a user is entered as a participant are displayed in one location. This enables clear access to the appointments directly in the apps. Further information can be found in the following articles: Meetings & protocols.

The Searchis also available, which enables elements to be found across multiple projects. Furthermore, the Messagescan be opened and edited. Individual preferences such as the language can be adjusted in the personal settings. Further information can be found in the following article: Personal settings.
