Launch of New Projects
New projects can be initiated through Support or your personal contact at buildagil.
New Customer
If you are not yet a buildagil customer, you can try buildagil for free Test and/or request a no-obligation quote for your project. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Existing Customer
As an existing buildagil customer, please feel free to contact our support team or your personal contact directly to start a project. If you’re using a team package and would like to make adjustments to the project template, you can find more information in the following article: Project Templates.

Termination of Existing Projects
To end or complete a project, follow these steps:
- In the project settings, you can mark the project as inactive. For more information, see the following article: Project settings.
- It is recommended that you execute the project export so that the project data can be archived afterward. After the export has been downloaded, you should check the downloaded file to ensure it is complete. For more information on how to export a project, see the following article: Project export.
- To cancel the project, please send a message to our support team or your contact person at buildagil. Once the notice period has expired, billing will stop and the project will be deleted from buildagil.
