Opening new projects

New projects can be opened via support or your personal contact at buildagil.


New customer

If you are not yet a customer of buildagil, you can request buildagil free of charge Test and/or a non-binding offer for your project. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.


Existing customer

As an existing buildagil customer, you are welcome to contact our support team or your personal contact person directly to open a project. If you are using a team package and would like to make adjustments to the project template, you will find further information in the following article: Project templates.

Termination of existing projects

The following procedure can be used to end / complete a project:


  1. The project can be marked as inactive in the project settings. You can find more information on this in the following article: Project settings.


  1. It is recommended to execute a project export for subsequent archiving of the project data. You can find out how to export a project in the following article: Project export.


  1. To cancel the project, please send a corresponding message to our support or to your contact person at buildagil. After the notice period has expired, billing will be stopped and the project will be deleted from buildagil.
