Favorites
The following article describes how to create and use documents / folders favorites and favorite views (filter settings).
Favorite views can be used in all divisions; the document view is described as an example in this article.

Edit favorites
Folders or individual files can be marked as favorites under the documents.
A favorite can be set by clicking on the star next to the desired file or folder.
After selecting, choose a name and click on Add.
These are now listed under Favorites.
Document views
Saving filter presets as favorites, for example in the document view.
_Tip: The folder structure can be switched off to apply the filters to all documents in the project.
Example filter view: All objects that are in review status.
Click on the star symbol in the menu bar to save the preset as a favorite.
The favorites view can be saved for you personally. If you are an administrator or coordinator, you can also create favorites for all users.
The designation must then be entered and saved.
