The following article describes how to export a contact's business card, how to call a contact and how to send an email directly to a contact.

Directly to the following sections:
Contact us directly via buildagil
Export business cards

Contact directly via buildagil

If a contact is selected under Contacts, this contact can be contacted directly.

Send e-mail:
When Send email is clicked, the local mail program opens with a prepared email including the email address of the contact as the recipient.

Call (landline)
If you click on Call (landline), you can start a call directly with an installed telephone program or send the telephone address to your own smartphone.
Alternatively, the telephone address can be copied to the clipboard using the copy symbol.

Call (Microsoft Teams)
If you click on Call (via Teams), Teams opens. The call can then be started in Teams via Start call.

Export business cards

If a contact is selected under Contacts, the business card of the selected contact can be downloaded as a VCF file via the Business card icon.
This file can then be imported into Outlook or the contacts on the mobile device, for example.

Copying contact lists

For teams, contact lists and companies, Copy all users & contacts can be used to copy all contacts contained in the list.

The contacts can then be inserted into tasks, meetings, inspections, etc.
If the contacts are copied to a location outside of buildagil (e.g. Outlook), all mail addresses of the contacts are pasted.
