The following article describes how push notifications can be activated and deactivated.

Push notifications can be used in Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari and Google Chrome.

Receiving push notifications


When a new message is received from buildagil, a message appears on the device if push notifications are activated.
Example of push notifications:





With Google Chrome, notifications can only be received when the browser is open.

Activate push notifications


To activate push notifications in the desktop app, click on the profile picture and then push notifications.



Google Chrome:
The following message appears. Click on Allow.



Microsoft Edge:
Click on the Notification icon and then on Allow.



Apple Safari:
The following message appears. Click on Options / Allow.



Deactivate push notifications



Google Chrome:
To deactivate push notifications, click on ... and then on App info.



Then set the Notifications slider to "off".



Microsoft Edge:
To deactivate push notifications, click on ... and then on App permissions.



Then select Block under Notifications.



Apple Safari:
To deactivate push notifications, click on Messages in the system settings and then on buildagil.



Then, under Allow messages, set the slider to off.
