On this page, you'll learn the best way to get started when you're invited to join a new project.



Accept the email invitation

You can use buildagil as soon as you have been invited to a project by a project administrator. You will receive the invitation via email. Click the link in the email and log in. For more information, see the following article: Accepting the Invitation.



Take our video course at the buildagil Academy

To help you get started with buildagil, we’ve created a video course. Watch the videos and try out the roles for yourself right away. You can get started immediately after logging in for the first time. You can log in with your Microsoft account as soon as you’ve been invited to a project on buildagil and have accepted the invitation: Buildagil Academy.



Additional Profile Information

By clicking on your profile picture in the navigation bar, you can access and edit your Profile Information. You can then review your contact information. If necessary, you can update this information. This information is visible to all project participants across all projects. You can also upload a profile photo so that other users can recognize you more easily. For more information, see the following article: Personal Settings.



Check your notifications and adjust your notification preferences

In the Notification Center, you’ll be notified of new tasks or information. Here, you can check whether any tasks have already been assigned to you. Also, check your Notification Settings and customize them according to your preferences. For more information, see the following article: Messages & Notifications.



Visit our Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base offers detailed articles and guidance on all roles. Use the Search Function or navigate through the help structure to find the article you're looking for. If you have any questions, you can also reach us via the chat icon in the lower right corner.
