Protocol management

During the meeting, the agenda is opened so that the individual Tasks & topics can be addressed directly and the content discussed can be recorded using comments. The interactive protocol can be edited directly for this purpose.

During execution, the draft comments created during preparation can be edited further or new draft comments can be entered in order to carry out the logging efficiently. What is discussed is documented directly for the corresponding tasks and topics. For a more detailed edit, the tasks & topics can be opened from the agenda. You can find more information on the execution, use and behavior of comments during the meeting in the following article: Overview of meetings.

People can be marked in the comment with "#", e.g. To log a fact. People can also be notified with "@". You can find more information in the following article: Editing tasks.

Editing the session progress

If the meeting progress was activated in the Preparation or during the execution, discussed tasks & topics can be marked as completed. This allows all participants to see which agenda items are still open. The overview also shows how many items are still pending.

If scheduling is activated, the estimated duration of the meeting is displayed.

Adding agenda items during the meeting

New tasks & topics can also be created or Transfer during the meeting. This is helpful if new topics come up during the meeting or additional tasks arise. This allows you to react flexibly to the progress of the meeting and record everything directly in the protocol. How the visibility & permissions of meetings and meeting content affect the transfer of tasks & topics is described in the following article: Visibilities & authorizations of meetings & protocols.
