# Using Users & External Contacts

### Contact us directly through buildagil
When you select a contact under **Contacts**, you can contact that person directly.

**Send an email:**
When you click **Send Email**, your local email program opens with a pre-filled email that includes the contact's email address as the recipient.

**Call (landline)**
When you click **Call (Call Landline)**, you can either place a call directly using an installed phone app or send the phone number to your smartphone.
Alternatively, you can use the **copy icon** to copy the phone number to the clipboard.

**Call (Microsoft Teams)**
When you click **Call (via team)**, team opens. In team, you can then start the call by clicking **Start Call**.

### Export Business Cards
When you select a contact under **Contacts**, you can use the **business card icon** to download the selected contact's business card as a VCF file.
This file can then be imported, for example, into Outlook or into the contacts on your mobile device.

### Copying Contact Lists
For teams, contact lists, and companies, you can copy all contacts in the list using **Copy All Users & Contacts**.

The contacts can then be added to tasks, meetings, inspections, etc.
If the contacts are copied to a location outside of buildagil (e.g., Outlook), all of the contacts' email addresses will be included.
