All elements of the PDF document are displayed here. The items can be **commented on, edited, and deleted** here. This eliminates the need to spend a long time searching for the relevant section in large documents. Please try again." appears, this may be due to one of the following reasons: ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/2/9/f/d29f517da520580/pdf-aus-der-onlinebearbeitung-_1v2i27z.png =600x136) There are likely unsaved comments in the document. Comments must be saved separately before the entire PDF can be saved. It is not immediately apparent that there are still unsaved comments. You should click on all comments to verify that they have been saved correctly. ### Troubleshooting Issues with Saving Annotations If multiple people are working on a PDF document at the same time, conflicts may arise when saving. The PDF format does not support simultaneous editing by multiple users. If changes are made and saved simultaneously, comments, annotations, or elements added using the editing tools may be lost or overwritten by the other person’s changes. In such cases, the PDF should be edited using a local program so that it can be checked out and locked to prevent others from editing it.
