# Navigation in the apps

### Navigation in the buildagil apps
The apps can be installed for Outlook, Archicad, and Revit. The Personal Home page serves as a central entry point. It displays an overview of current tasks and supports daily planning. For more information, see the following article: [Personal Home Page](/en/article/personal-home-page-1cj198v/).

The project overview displays all available projects. You can mark projects as favorites to access frequently used project content more quickly. Through the projects, you can access content such as contacts, documents, planning, tasks & topics, meetings, journal entries, controls & inspections, etc. For more information, see the following article: [Projects & Favorites](/en/article/personal-home-page-1cj198v/).

New [Tasks & Topics, Journal Entries](/en/article/personal-home-page-1cj198v/), [Controls & Inspections](/en/article/creating-controls-inspections-tlf1un/), and [Meetings](/en/article/meeting-overview-17bc1rc/) can be created directly from the navigation bar.

In addition, the [Search](/en/article/search-filter-1e1hb5/) is available, which allows you to find elements across multiple projects. Furthermore, the [Messages](/en/article/messages-notifications-6dl68p/) can be opened and edited. Individual preferences, such as language, can be customized in your personal settings.
