### Viewing the Change History
The revision history for a [Task or Topic](/en/article/overview-of-tasks-topics-mthdcc/) can be accessed via the advanced options in the open element. ### Fields in Tasks and Model Tasks
To keep track of who modified a task and when, changes to the following fields are recorded in the change history. The same fields apply to model tasks.
* Type (Converting a topic into a task)
* Title
* Categories
* Description
* Side dishes
* Checklist
* result
* Responsibility
* collaboration
* Due Date
* Target date (milestones or meetings)
* status
* visibility
