The authorizations and visibility of meetings and session content are described in the following article: Authorizations & Visibilities

Attendance check

Before the meeting begins, the attendance of the meeting participants can first be checked and adjusted if necessary so that all participants are entered correctly in the protocol later on.

For this purpose, participants who are not present can be moved to excused by drag & drop.

Meeting execution

During the meeting, the agenda can be displayed so that the individual tasks and topics can be addressed directly.
To do this, click on Edit protocol.

Logging/ Commenting
During the meeting, the comments can be used to record what was discussed at the same time. The comments are then included in the meeting minutes. It is possible to save comments in draft mode. These can be edited further in rework. The # or @ key can be used to mark a person who has given input on the topic.

Update session progress
If the meeting progress was activated in the preparation of the meeting (can also be activated during execution), the discussed pending items can now be marked as discussed using the symbol next to the pending item. This allows all participants to see which agenda items still need to be discussed.
The overview also shows how many pending items are still pending or how long the meeting will last (depending on whether scheduling is activated or not).
