### Creating Information
Information is recorded flexibly via the [Menu Navigation](/en/article/personal-home-page-1cj198v/), the Tasks & Topics list in the project, in a [Meeting](/en/article/preparation-for-meetings-z3ho0c/) or via the options in [Documents](/en/article/creating-editing-documents-gwk2t3/) and [Folders](/en/article/creating-editing-folders-xbapzf/). The respective elements are automatically linked in the process.

When creating an information item, you only need to enter the title. You can then save the item without providing any further details. Additionally, the desired [Categories](/en/article/project-settings-1rjsa05/) can be set, which can simplify the subsequent [Search & Filter](/en/article/search-filter-1e1hb5/) process.

### Editing Details, Assignment, and Coordination
In the details section, you can add a description and attachments from the project or the device. In [Mobile App](/en/article/mobile-app-gtyt0i/), you can also take photos or record videos directly using the device's camera. In the assignment, you can define the recipients who should be notified. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to navigate through the list of people and press ENTER to add them. Alternatively, you can select all people from a [Teams or a contact group](/en/article/users-contacts-teams-contact-groups-roles-14mm92v/). Once the recipients have been entered and the information is saved, they will receive a [Notification](/en/article/automatic-messages-notifications-m446lr/).

In the coordination process, information can be assigned to a meeting.

### Editing Information
Information can be entered at [Comments](/en/article/working-with-comments-1ms0315/). The people listed as recipients during assignment are automatically suggested when addressing an email, preceded by "@". This allows you to ask questions about the information and link attachments directly from the project or upload them from your device. It is also possible to create a follow-up task via a comment or to document it as [Decision](/en/article/creating-editing-decisions-1syvwcj/).

Using the options, you can copy the link to the information at [Visibility](/en/article/visibility-permissions-for-tasks-topics-1xlun9k/) and view the revision history, [Personal tasks](/en/article/personal-tasks-begnx8/) created, [Exported](/en/article/exporting-tasks-topics-122tyjh/), [Element copied](/en/article/copying-tasks-topics-1psefb3/), as [(7772a677-426f-4c70-be81-0c543339d34d] was created and [Deleted](/en/article/recycle-bin-1mekpz2/).
